Terms And Conditions

1. Scope of Work: Digmot will provide digital marketing services as described in the service agreement, which may include Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Management, QR code Marketing, Web Development, Graphics Design, Photography, and Video Production, as well as Brand Development and Strategies, encompassing Brand Identity, Brand Positioning, Brand Launch, and Brand Growth.


2. Payment Terms: Digmot requires payment in full before commencing work on any project. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other mutually agreed-upon method. All payments are non-refundable.


3. Confidentiality: Digmot agrees to keep all client information confidential, except as required by law or to carry out the services outlined in the service agreement.


4. Intellectual Property: All materials and content created by Digmot for the client’s digital marketing campaign will remain the property of the client. The client agrees to grant Digmot a license to use these materials and content for the purpose of carrying out the services outlined in the service agreement.


5. Limitation of Liability: Digmot shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services or the inability to use its services. Digmot’s liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the service agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.


6. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the service agreement. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay Digmot for all services rendered up to the date of termination.


7. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Digmot, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client’s use of Digmot’s services.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The service agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the service agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.


9. Amendments: Digmot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The client will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions via email or other agreed-upon method.
By engaging Digmot’s services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
